User Consent for KYC (Know Your Customer)

The undersigned declare and confirm the following:

I hereby authorise Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited (“Akara”), other lenders and EQX Analytics Private Limited (“EQX” or “Lending Service Providers”) (collectively referred to as “Partners”) to verify/check/obtain/download my KYC details from the CKYC Registry:
(i) By verifying such details through the CKYC number (i.e., KYC identified Number – KIN) provided by me or,
(ii) By obtaining such CKYC number/KIN, through details shared by me, as part of loan application or any loan documentation.

I also consent that all or any Partner may directly or through StashFin download and use my records from the CKYCR by using my details and by virtue of this explicit consent.

I also grant my consent to the Partners to use my KYC details for the purpose of account-based relation with the Lender(s) or any regulated entity.

I also grant my consent to share my KYC details with other Partners or its lending service providers/partners/co-lenders/facilitators/business partners (including but not limited to banks, insurance, assurance and other co-lenders etc) for the purpose of loan and/or related activities etc.

I also grant my consent to pull my Report(s) from Credit Information Companies and the sharing of these with other Partners or lending service providers/partners/co-lenders/facilitators/business partners for the purpose of onboarding and KYC verification including updation of KYC.

I also grant my consent for Customer Due Diligence Process through Physical KYC and/or V-CIP and/or any other Digital Channels such as CKYCR, DigiLocker, equivalent e-document etc. as applicable to Akara, other Partners or lending service providers/partners/co-lenders/facilitators/business partners for the purpose of onboarding and KYC verification including updation of KYC.

I also grant my consent to access to camera (one-time access), read-only access to phone state, including the current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, user SMS data, data in external storage like the image for selfie storage, data from external storage, and other permission as may be specifically sought through android or iPhone operating system or other operating systems to Akara, other Partner or its lending service providers/partners/co-lenders/facilitators/business partners for the purpose stated in the Akara privacy policy, as per applicable RBI Guidelines.

I declare that the details furnished by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I undertake to inform Lender(s), EQX and StashFin of any changes immediately. In case any of the information provided by me is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting in nature, I am aware that I shall be held liable for it.

I confirm to you that my personal KYC details submitted to you may be shared with Central KYC Registry.

I hereby consent to receive information from Central KYC Registry through SMS/Email on my registered number/email address provided to you.
